1.0 Purpose
1.1 fjPTC program is an advertising service.
1.2 fjPTC program is not and should never be used as an investment opportunity.

1.3.0 Communications
1.3.1 This site is an English language site. You may register and use our site from any country but you must be able to communicate in English. You may be contacted to confirm that you can effectively communicate in English. If it is found that a member is unable to effectively communicate and therefore unlikely to be able to read any advertisements presented to them, the account will be suspended.
1.3.2 You are expected to subscribe to FJ World Inc Newsletter. The newsletter is an opt-in list management feature used to communicate important changes specific to this site as well as information from the company that owns and manages this site. You do not have to be a member of fjPTC to benefit from the FJ World Inc newsletter.
1.3.3 You are expected to read the online help pages with particular attention to the Policy and Guidelines section.

2.0 Liability
2.1 fjPTC program is operated under the legal framework of FJ World Inc

3.0 Payouts
3.1 Payout processing may take up to 5 banking days but every effort will be made to make payouts as soon as possible.
3.2 You do not have to purchase a premium membership to receive cash payments.
3.3 Minimum payout is $2.25
3.4 Payouts will be delayed as a result of an audit review. See section 11.0
3.5 You do not have to post your payment proof to get your next payment.
3.6 You must subscribe to the FJ World Inc Newsletter to receive a payment.

4.0 Advertisements
4.1 You are expected to use good judgment when creating your ads. Do not try and sneak in some ads that are not acceptable because of content, frame breaker, paid to promote tricks, etc.
4.2 Advertisements are reviewed manually
4.3 Advertisements must have some credits assigned to be approved.
4.4 An advertisement will only get approved once but will be reviewed ocassionally to ensure the site still meets the TOS.

5.0 Purchasing

5.1 All purchases are manually checked.
5.2 It can take up to 5 banking days to clear all payment processors and crediting of accounts.
5.3 Every effort will be made to process all orders as soon as possible but there is no guarantee that an account will be credited before 5 banking days.

6.0 Account Deletions/Suspension
6.1 Accounts do not get permanently deleted.
6.2 Accounts may get suspended and/or flagged for review.
6.3 If you cannot log into your account you are expected to contact us to help resolve the issue.
6.4 Every effort will be made to please a customer. However, we reserve the right to refuse any service if we suspect you have violated the terms of service.

7.0 Advertising Refund Policy
7.1 If you are not completely satisfied with the service you may be entitled to a refund.
7.2 Submit your concern to admin and your request will be reviewed.
7.3 This refund policy should not be abused by requesting a refund after the service was delivered.
7.4 Refunds apply to Advertising Link ads or link credits only.

8.0 Hours of Work
8.1 Normal business hours are from 7:00 AM AST to 9:00 PM AST
8.2 Business hours are very flexible and you will often receive coverage for much longer period than the normal business hours.
8.3 These business hours are for support service, payment processing and cashout payments. The advertising service is operational 7/24 unless there is a scheduled outage or an unplanned outage.

9.0 Anti-Cheat System
9.1 The system has automatic checks on user activities to detect possible cheating atempts. If your account has been flagged as a possible cheat atempt you need to contact admin. No data is loss. The problem will be investigated to determine what has happened. It is up to you to contact admin and initiate the investigation.
9.2 The system uses cookie functionality to help track member activity. You are expected to use a browser with cookie enabled when using our site. Our system checks may suspend or flag your account if it detects activities typical of by-passing tracking systems.
9.3 Our system tracks your Internet Protocol (IP) usage. If ip usage is irregular or such that it is suspicious compared to normal repeated visiting of our site pages then your account may be suspended or flagged for review.

10.0 Glossary
link credits - Means Link Ad Hits from the purchase page.

11.0 Auditing Period
11.1 A detail review of the operation of fjPTC may occur anytime without notice.
11.2 During an auditing period all payouts must go through a verification procedure.
11.3 An auditing period will last until it has been confirmed that the system is not disbursing cash as a result of abuse, cheating, hacking or any unusual activity.
11.4 Some members may have their account suspended or deleted and may be required to provide additional information to solve any issues as part of the detailed review process.
