Policy
The general use policy for using this site and the fjPTC program can be found here. You can access this information from the Terms of Service link located at the footer of every page on this site. You also have to select an option that says you accept the Terms of Service before you register an account.
fjPTC is very focused on serving customers. A lot of effort is made in defining expectations. What fjPTC expects from its customers and what you should expect from fjPTC. For the most part, there will never be any issues with the implementation of this policy. In general, problems occur when someone registers an account and they abuse the intent of this program. For example, if you cannot read and/or communicate in English very well, and you just joined to click ads for the sole purpose of making money and you have no interest in joining advertised programs nor buying advertised products or services then your membership will be scrutinized. The type of traffic generated by the above example has to be monitored very closely so that advertisers do not pay for traffic they did not expect. Please read the policy guideline very carefully. As a registered member of fjPTC you will be encouraged to advertise on this site. As a registered member you are expected to be active and therefore use our site to join or try products and services advertised on the site. This site gets many visitors every day from all over the world. Some for the first time and many are returning visitors. Advertising is not limited to registered members. Some advertisements are part of an affiliate network. |

| This site offers more than just a billboard for advertisements. It is a marketplace for members and non-members. As a registered member you are expected to look on fjPTC for programs, products and services. fjPTC is focused on getting members to become customers. The easiest way to become a customer is to join a program advertised on this site. Whenever you have a desire to seek a new opportunity you should have a look on this site to see what is available. This site has the ability to show/group advertised products/services so visitors and members can get to them as easily as possible. As an active customer of fjPTC you are encouraged to explore the various advertising zones and marketplace of this site. Customized service is available so everyone is encouraged to contact support for a quote on specific needs.

| Incentisizing |
| It is very important that as a registered member you accept that fjPTC will use various techniques and methods in providing incentives to its membership. Members generally receive an incentive after completing a small task or specific requirements. A small task means clicking an advertised link and the associated verification check for ads listed in the View Ads pages. Additional incentives are offered within the Task Manager section of the site. Task Manager is a program that is evolving to better serve the demand for members willing to commit more time to completing more demanding tasks. For example, an initial incentive is offered to join a particular program. Addditional incentives may be offered for achieving a higher level of activity within that same program. The list of incentives available is long and so registered members are encouraged to visit Task Manager and see what is offered.

| Compensation |
A registered member may receive compensation in the following forms. Cash, points or loyalty credits. These forms of compensation may be interchanged or used to receive advertising credits by taking advantage of the converter function.
The amount of compensation you receive is based on several factors.
Membership Type - A notable factor is the membership type. For example, fjPTC pays you if you have a premium membership type. You do not have to purchase a premium membership. You can earn a premium membership by being an active member. Our program monitors the number of PTC ads you click and once you reach a set number you are assigned to the Active membership group. That means you can request a free premium membership. It is important that you realize our system has to evaluate all member activities to ensure the clicks made are in accordance to our TOS. To help combat any possibility of abuse, you will have a limited time to request your free upgrade. If you do not request your free upgrade within a reasonable time from being assigned to the active member group your account clicks will be reset.
Referrals - Members can get compensated for activity from members they have referred to fjPTC. How much compensation you get from referrals is dependent on your membership type and level. All membership types display the percentage earning from referrals. fjPTC is not in the business of selling referrals so you should not assume it operates like a site that needs to sell you referrals to survive. A starter type of premium membership will not provide any referral earnings while a higher level premium membership may offer as much as 100% referral earnings. |
| Member Quality Scorecard (MQS) |
| Every day we see more and more sites offering advertisements that can be clicked so someone can make some money. The challenge is for an advertiser to find the most valuable clicker. That is, a clicker that can be converted to a sale or some kind of revenue generator for the advertiser. fjPTC is challenged to recruit the most valuable member that can be presented to advertisers. MQS is about monitoring and scoring the value of a registered member. This can be a real value or a perceived value. Several factors impact a member's MQS. They include but not limited to , click count, sales, membership type, membership group, loyalty points, loyalty credits, etc. MQS involves data and calculations that are proprietary. MQS is evolving to better serve registered members that are most valuable to fjPTC.
